What to write about

Something Braintiq got wrong. If an answer, a study guide or a flashcard was incorrect, tell us the subject and roughly what it said. This is the most useful message we get, and it is the one we act on fastest.

Billing and subscriptions. Upgrades, downgrades, refunds and anything that looks wrong on an invoice. Refund terms are in the Terms and Conditions.

Your data. Under POPIA you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Written requests are acknowledged within 7 business days and resolved within 20 business days. The detail, including your right to complain to the Information Regulator, is in the Privacy Policy.

Institutions. If you are a university, college or department looking at Braintiq for a group of students, say roughly how many and which campus, and we will come back to you about licensing.

Before you write

A lot of questions are already answered on the about page and at the bottom of the home page, and you can try the AI tutor without an account rather than asking us what it can do.
